a] All issues should remain documented so that the person providing support should get idea about the actions taken in past.

b] Many people use abusing language on phone and they that by doing such things, they will get attention immediately. But this is not fact. We are slow. We are ready to provide support and every support requires some time to react. Nothing is instant. None of our account comes with dedicated support. If some one requires dedicated telephonic support then that is paid service. The cost of dedicated support is Rs.385/- Per Half Hour.
