If you have any hosting services / servers with us then please read following paras carefully.
- Most of the times the services which you buy from us falls under un-managed hosting services. It means after creating account, we simply hand over login credentials to the client. After that client is going to manage the complete hosting and data backup also. We most of the times provide cPanel or Plesk Panel. These panels are equipped with Data Backup Tools. You can take backup of your account and you can also download zip backup in your local machine.
- In managed hosting services, we regularly maintain scheduled backup as directed by client. Backup is a paid service. Also we need consent in written email from client that he has allowed us to maintain backup. Without knowledge of client maintaining copy of data in any form is legally an offence.
- Data backup is completely client’s responsibility If you have opted paid backup service then we can schedule your backup with given time frame as directed by client.
- So, if you are using Un-Managed hosting services, then please do not ask for any backups. We may not be able to provide any backup.
